Recipe Ingredients for Beef Stew w/ Mushrooms

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
12 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
1 1/2 lb Beef, Chuck, Clod Roast
1 tbsp Oil Olive Light in Flavour
2 medium raw Carrots
16 oz Onions
1 cloves, raw Garlic
2 cup Organic Beef Cooking Stock
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Rosemary, Dried
2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Marjoram, Dried
1/2 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 tsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Beef Stew w/ Mushrooms

  1. 1. Cube meat into bite-sized chunks. Season well with salt and pepper.

  2. 2. In a medium-high heat skillet heat olive oil and sear two sides of the meat. Set aside.

  3. 3. Cut all veggies to bite-sized pieces and place in the bottom of a crock pot.

  4. 4. Top with meat and herbs.

  5. 5. Add tomatoes and broth.

  6. 6. Cook overnight on low.
