2 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 1/2 oz red wine
1 lg onion, sliced
2 cup,+pieces+or+slices mushrooms

Recipe Directions for beef stew meat with red wine and mushrooms

  1. mix stew meat, soup, and one can of red wine in oven-safe casserole or dutch oven. cover and place in 350 degree oven for 2.5-3 hours.

  2. add sliced mushrooms and onion the last 30 minutes of cooking time.

  3. can be made in croc pot as well.
