Recipe Ingredients for Beef stew crockpot

24 oz raw Choice Beef Stew Meat Raised Without Antibiotics
600 grams Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
14 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
0.33 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cups Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium

Recipe Directions for Beef stew crockpot

  1. Ingredients:

  2. 4 medium red potatoes

  3. 1-1/2 lbs. beef stew meat

  4. 1/3 cup flour

  5. salt and pepper to taste

  6. 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained

  7. 2 cups water

  8. 3 cups frozen stir fry bell peppers and onions

  9. Preparation:

  10. Scrub potatoes and cut each into quarters. Place in bottom of 4 quart slow cooker. Mix flour, salt and pepper and toss with beef to coat. Add to crockpot. Add undrained tomatoes and water and stir. Stir in 1 cup onion & 1 medium squash large sliced.

  11. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours until beef and potatoes are tender. Add stir fry vegetables (carrots/celery for crunch). Cover and cook on low for 30-40 minutes until vegetables are hot and tender. 4-6 servings
