Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Spinach Burritos

4 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
3 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Onions
8 clove Garlic
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
8 oz Cabot 75% Light Vermont Cheddar
8 tortilla Tortilla Wraps
1 cup Crushed Tomatoes
8 tsp dry mix Taco Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Beef and Spinach Burritos

  1. Brown beef in non stick skillet coated with cooking spray. Drain and discard the fat.

  2. Add diced onions, minced garlic, diced pepers and crushed tomatoes and cook over medium heat until onions are tender. Stir in the spinach and remove from heat.

  3. Divide meat into 8 portions and stuff into individual tortillas with the shredded cheese.

  4. Roll into burritos and wrap individually in aluminum foil.

  5. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

  6. Serve two burritos per person. Great with a side corn on the cob or black beans and rice.
