Recipe Ingredients for Beef Spaghetti

13 1/4 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1 lb 96% lean Ground Beef
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 Red Onion
3 medium Tomatoes
1/4 lb Mushrooms
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Beef Spaghetti

  1. Brown ground beef in pan. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Set aside.

  2. Boil pasta until tender. Drain, rinse wth cold water then hot water, toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, set aside.

  3. Dice up all vegetables.

  4. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in saute pan. Add garlic and vegetables. Saute until tender.

  5. Add chicken stock and cook to reduce approximately 5-8 minutes.

  6. Add ground beef to vegetable mixture. Cook together 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

  7. In large bowl, toss spaghetti and meat/vegetable mixture well.
