Beef and Snow Peas Recipe

I use this one for left over beef... from eating out where they always give you entirely too much meat.

Recipe Ingredients for beef and snow peas

1/2 cups brown rice, cooked
8 oz Beef, Tenderloin
10 oz snow peas
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp ginger, grated
1/2 tbs corn starch
12 oz vegetable stock, unsalted
1/2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for beef and snow peas

  1. Heat pan, add olive oil and stir fry snow peas, onion, ginger and green pepper.

  2. Add beef and cook till meat is done.

  3. Stir vegetable stock into corn starch and add to pan.

  4. Stir till thickened a bit and add cooked rice.

  5. Put on low and let it rest a while.
