Recipe Ingredients for beef slow cooker

1/2 cup white rice
600 g lean beef
1 1/2 cup cauliflower
1 cup broccoli
2 carrots
1 canned tomato
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp turmeric
3 g vegetable stock cube
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 large onion
1 cup water
1/2 tsp dried chili

Recipe Directions for beef slow cooker

  1. chop up all ingredients

  2. throw into slow cooker

  3. add liquids and spices

  4. add rice

  5. cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 8 hrs
