Succulent beef sirloin baked in mushroom and sour cream sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Sirloin with Mushrooms

300 grams Beef, Top Sirloin
500 grams Mushrooms
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
5 1tsp Sunflower, Linoleic, (60% And Over) Oil
25 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tbsp Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Beef Sirloin with Mushrooms

Dust each peace of beef lightly with flour and bake on both sides for few minutes, in hot oil pan. Transfer to an oven baking dish. Saute onion and garlic slices in oil, add mushrooms. When mushrooms release water and start evaporating, add sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix and cover the beef with the sauce. Bake in the oven until the meat is cooked through and can easily be broken with a fork.
