Recipe Ingredients for Beef Romanoff

298 g LEAN GROUND BEEF
112 g BARILLA FARFALLE
2 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
15 oz hunt's tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Onion Powder

Recipe Directions for Beef Romanoff

  1. Brown meat over medium-high heat and drain fat.

  2. Add tomato sauce, water, pepper and onion powder. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add pasta and return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  4. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well and serve.
