Beef and Rice Recipe

A healthy twist to the Chinese food version.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Rice

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 lb Steak, Cubed
2 large Onions, Chopped
20 cloves Garlic, or one Head
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
240 g Worcestershire Sauce , aka 8 Tablespoons
1 1/2 cups Water

Recipe Directions for Beef and Rice

  1. Add oil to frying pan

  2. Brown meat on all sides then remove.

  3. Add Onion and Garlic.

  4. Brown Slightly

  5. Return Meat to pan.

  6. Sprinkle cornstarch over meat and onion mix.

  7. Blend until cornstarch mostly dissapears.

  8. Stir in Worcestershire Sauce

  9. Then Water.

  10. Simmer slowly 10-20 min. until fork tender.

  11. Serve over cooked rice. (rice not included in this recipe)
