Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Rice Casserole

3 cups Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
2 lb ground beef
120 g bacon
1 medium onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Recipe Directions for Beef and Rice Casserole

  1. Chop bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp, set aside.

  2. Cook rice according to its instructions (use 1.5 cup raw rice)

  3. Saute onion in bacon fat until softened but not brown.

  4. Brown beef with onions in bacon fat.

  5. Once all ingredients are cooked, stir together bacon, beef, rice, onion and cream of mushroom soup.
