2 lbs LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 ONION
24 ounces SKIM EVAPORATED MILK
15 oz CANNED PUMPKIN
15 oz TOMATO SAUCE
1 tbsp BROWN SUGAR
1 tbsp PAPRIKA
1 tbsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
2 tsp SALT
1/2 tsp GARLIC POWDER
1/2 tsp PEPPER
2 cups FROZEN PEAS

Recipe Directions for BEEF AND PUMPKIN PASTA - 12 SERV

  1. ADD LATERCOOK PASTA FOR 1-2 MINUTES LESS THAN PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS

  2. COOKE BEEF AND ONION IN LARGE SAUXEPAN OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT UNTIL BEEF IS NO LONGER PING; DRAIN

  3. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM. STIR IN EVAP, PUMPKIN, TOM SAUCE, SUGAR, PAPRIKA, WORST SAUCE, SALT, GARLIC POWDER AND PEPPER. COOK, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL MIXTURE BEGINS TO SIMMER.

  4. ADD PASTA AND PEAS, STIR UNTIL HEATED.
