2lbs of ground beef 6 golden potatoes 2 cans of tomato paste 1 bag of shredded cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Beef/potatoe/tomato

1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1/2 cup Potatoes, Boiled, Cooked In Skin, Flesh
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 oz Colby

Recipe Directions for Beef/potatoe/tomato

  1. Brown ground beef seasoning with salt, pepper, southwest spice, garlic, oregano

  2. Cube potatoes and boil till just al dente

  3. Combine beef potatoes 2 cans of paste with 3 cans of water and allow to slow cook for 20 minutes.

  4. Spread cheese on top of mixture, add lid and serve as soon as the cheese is melted.
