Beef Roast with Potato's for the slow cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Beef & Potato Roast (Slow Cooker)

907.2 grams Beef, Loin, Bottom Sirloin Butt, Tri-tip Roast
5.2 potato small (1-3/4 to 2-1/2" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
2 clove Garlic
15 oz Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
30 grams Pearl Onions

Recipe Directions for Beef & Potato Roast (Slow Cooker)

  1. Place Beef, Potato's, onions and garlic in the slow cooker.

  2. Add Beef broth & water, making sure that everything is pretty covered.

  3. Set on low and let cook for 8 - 10 hours, checking meat after 8 hours to see if its fully cooked. If not let cook a little longer.
