This recipe is supposed to be topped with french fried onions, but the nutritional value label does not have a serving size, so I don't know how many calories it would have with the ff onions.

Recipe Ingredients for beef and potato casserole

1 lb. hamburger, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
22 oz cream of celery soup
10 oz. chopped broccoli
16 oz. low fat cheddar, shredded
15 oz Ore-Ida Tater Tots
1/3 c skim milk
1/4 t garlic powder
1/8 t black pepper

Recipe Directions for beef and potato casserole

Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of an 8x12 inch baking casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 400F for 20 minutes. Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 can of tried onions on cooked potatoes. Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup of cheese and seasonings. Heat for about 30 seconds. Pour over beef mixture. Bake uncovered at 400F for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 2 to 3 minutes
