2 lb beef roast
737 grams cream of mushroom soup(26oz lrg can)
2 c water
1 lb carrots
16 oz cabbage,cubed
3 onions,quartered
4 potatoes,cut in half,medium to large size

Recipe Directions for Beef Pot Roast w/ vegetables

  1. heat oven to 325

  2. add beef,soup,water to dutch oven

  3. cook 1 hr

  4. add vegetables and cook 1&1/2 hrs or till veggies are cooked
