quick, easy dinner made in the morning before work using a Slow Cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Pot Roast

1 kg beef chuck roast
1 large potato
1 medium sweet potato
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
3 cloves garlic
1 white onion
250 ml white wine
2 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary

Recipe Directions for Beef Pot Roast

  1. Sear and seal chuck roast in a frying pan - coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, dried rosemary first. Add to slow cooker

  2. roughly chop all vegies and add to slow cooker on top of roast.

  3. pour in chicken stock and white wine.

  4. cook on low for 8-9 hours.
