Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Pork Meatloaf

16 oz Ground Beef - 85% lean
8 ounces Ground Pork
200 grams Eggs
0.5 cup Ketchup
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 slice, large (6" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Bread, French Or Vienna

Recipe Directions for Beef and Pork Meatloaf

  1. Combine beef, pork, half cup of chopped onion, crumbled bread with the eggs and salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Form into loaf and bake at 375 F for about 1 hour.
