A great way to use up leftover steak and cooked vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Pho

6 oz. cooked steak
900 ml beef broth
2 cups cooked brocolli
2 cups cooked cauliflower
2 cups cooked carrots
1 raw bell pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tsp garlic
2 cups noodles
2 cups raw bean sprouts

Recipe Directions for Beef Pho

  1. Thinly slice steak

  2. Chop up brocolli, cauliflower, carrots and cilantro

  3. Slice bell pepper into matchstick size pieces

  4. Place the above a large wok.

  5. Add the beef broth, cilantro, garlic and noodles. Cook until boiling.

  6. Add bean sprouts.

  7. Simmer for about a minutes.

  8. Serve in medium size bowls.
