This recipe makes five beef patties, delicious with potato salad and a fried egg.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Patties

300 grams Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
3 grams Season All Seasoned Salt
2 tsp Seasoned Pepper
25 grams Multigrain Oatmeal
2 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions

Recipe Directions for Beef Patties

  1. Blend together the beef, egg, oatmeal and worcestershire sauce in a bowl using your hands.

  2. Season to taste as you go along. Make sure you do use plenty of seasoning.

  3. Knead the beef dough carefully and mold into patties.

  4. Slice an onion and let it sweat on a frying pan for a little bit before pouring it into the bottom of an oven dish.

  5. Brown the beef patties and place them on top of the onions.

  6. Put the beef and the onion into the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
