Quick and easy- good for using ground beef instead of more expensive cuts

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Paprikash

1 lb Organic Grass-Fed Lean Ground Beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 tbs minced garlic
3 tbs paprika
1/2 tsp thyme
4 cups low sodium beef broth
10 oz dry egg noodles
3/4 cup Low-Fat Sour Cream
1 tbs flour
1/3 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef Paprikash

  1. - brown beef and drain off any fat/liquid

  2. - add garlic, pepper, onion and brown for 3-4 min

  3. - add paprika and thyme, then brown for another 2-3 min

  4. - add broth & egg noodles, fring to boil, stir, cover and reduce heat to simmer for 8-10 min

  5. - add flour to sour cream, then stir into noodles

  6. - cook until thickened, stir often 1-2 min

  7. - serve w/ fresh parsley or thyme, black pepper, and salt as needed
