Recipe Ingredients for Beef-Panang curry

4 tbl tomato paste
1 c onion
2 tbl ginger
3 tsp garlic
2 tbl soy sauce, low sodium
2 tbl shrimp paste
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbl smoked paprika
1 tsp chili pepper, smoked
1/2 tbl coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbl cumin
1/4 c lime juice
1 tbl lime zest
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 pound lean beef
28 oz coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Beef-Panang curry

  1. blend all herbs together.

  2. Brown meat, add curry and add coconut milk. Simmer 20 minutes.
