Recipe Ingredients for Beef Pad Thai

13 1/4 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1 lb steak
16 oz bean sprouts
8 green onions
3 tbsp garlic
3 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
3/4 cup thai sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger

Recipe Directions for Beef Pad Thai

  1. Cook garlic and steak in skillet with olive oil. add ginger.

  2. when mean it cooked start adding the sauce ingredients. brown sugar. lemon juice. soy sauce. fish sauce. thai sweet chili sauce.

  3. simmer 2 minutes then add drained can of bean sprouts. add green onions and let simmer until wilted.

  4. meanwhile cook whole wheat pasta. when cooked drain and return to pot.

  5. when beef sauce mixture is done add to drained pasta. mix well.

  6. let sit approx. 20 mins to allow pasta to absorb the sauce.

  7. Enjoy!
