Top Sirloin Beef with Onions & Carrots Cooked in the Slow Cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Beef w/Onions & Carrots

802 grams Beef, Top Sirloin
238 grams Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 serving Instant Broth and Seasoning Sodium Free Bouillon Packets Beef
6 tbsp Recipe Mix

Recipe Directions for Beef w/Onions & Carrots

  1. Cut beef into cubes.

  2. Cut onions into slices.

  3. Peel and chop carrots.

  4. Heat 2 cups of water in microwave and add two packets of the Sodium Free Instant Broth stirring until dissolved.

  5. Add all ingredients to the Crock Pot and cook on high for 4 hours.

  6. Serve over rice or potatoes.
