Easy and quick casserole for a busy weeknight dinner. Good with rolls and salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef N'Tater Casserole

1 lb. cooked ground beef, 7% fat
16 oz. green beans, canned
1 can tomato soup
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Beef N'Tater Casserole

Brown beef in skillet, drain oil. Add cooked beef, green beans, tomato soup, salt and pepper to 2 quart casserole dish. Cook instant potatoes according to package. Form a ring around the edge of the casserole with the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
