Traditional egg noodles with stewed beef and vegatables

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Noodles

32 oz Beef
1 1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 1/2 cup Fresh Frozen Petite Peas
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 tsp Garlic
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
4 cup Flour, All Purpose
5 large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Sea Salt
6 tsp Beef Base
3 tsp Oil Canola

Recipe Directions for Beef and Noodles

  1. In a large stewpot or dutch oven saute the chopped onions, garlic and cubed beef until beef is browened and onions are soft.

  2. Add 8 cups of water and the beef base, bay leaf, and thyme. Simmer until beef is almost tender.

  3. Add carrots and peas and bring to a boil.

  4. Add prepared egg noodles to mixture and cook to desired doneness.
