Beef & Noodle Casserole omitted onions & gr. peppers added green beans (husband eats for 2 people so it's hard for me to judge number of servings!)

Recipe Ingredients for Beef & Noodle Casserole

32 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
16 oz Tomato Products
8 oz Cream Cheese Light
4 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
12 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
8 oz Noodles, Egg
8 oz Swiss
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green

Recipe Directions for Beef & Noodle Casserole

  1. Saute brown beef, drain off fat (add onions & peppers). Stir in tomato sauce & set aside.

  2. In med. bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese, set aside.

  3. cook egg noodles, normally, drain and rinse with cold water.

  4. In a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish, layer half the noodles, half the cheese mixture and half the meat mixture. Repeat layers.

  5. Cover and bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes.

  6. Remove cover, top with shredded cheese, continue baking for another 10-15 minutes.
