Steph's recipe. Use whole wheat pasta. Can't taste the difference and better for you!

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Noodle Casserole

2 1/2 c rotini
1 onion
1 stalk of celery
1 clove of garlic
1 lb of ground beef
2 tbsp flour
28 fl. oz diced tomatoes
1/2 c grated low fat cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef Noodle Casserole

  1. Cook pasta and drain. Sate onion, garlic and celery in small amount of veg. oil. Add beef and brown. Drain fat. Stir in flour and then the seasonings.

  2. Add can of tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add cooked pasta and meat together in a large casserole dish (2.5 L). Sprinkle cheese on top and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
