Beef can be substituted for pork or chicken. Great use of leftovers

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Noodle Casserole

8 oz dry egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 stalk celery
12 oz roast beef
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Beef Noodle Casserole

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.

  2. Chop celery and mix with soup, milk, roast beef and 1/2 the grated cheese.

  3. Add noodles to soup mixtrue and stir to coat.

  4. Top with remaining cheese

  5. Cook at 350 deg. F for 30 minutes.

  6. Let sit 5 minutes before serving
