Recipe Ingredients for Beef Noodle Casserole II

1 pounds ground beef
1 large onion
1 medium bell pepper
14 3/4 ounces creamed corn
10 3/4 ounces tomato soup
8 ounces tomato sauce
2 ounces pimiento
5 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 dry ounces noodles, cooked
4 1/2 ounces mushrooms (canned)
6 ounces cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Beef Noodle Casserole II

In skillet, cook beef, onion and pepper until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add corn, soup, tomato sauce, pimiento and seasoning. Stir in noodles and mushrooms. Put in greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes
