Boiled beef ribs with cabbage and potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Nilaga with Cabbage and Potatoes

1000 grams beef ribs, boiled
1/2 head of cabbage, boiled
4 medium potatoes, boiled
1 liter beef stock
1 tsp black pepper, whole
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Beef Nilaga with Cabbage and Potatoes

  1. Pour the beef stock into a sauce pan. Heat until boiling over medium flame.

  2. Peel and cut potatoes into quarters then add to the boiling beef stock. Cook until centers soften.

  3. Add beef ribs, black pepper, and salt. Cook until meat is tender.

  4. Cut cabbage head into quarters and add to the boiling pot. Cook for a few minutes or until cabbage leaves soften.

  5. Turn of the heat and serve immediately.
