Heavy and filling ultimate beef and cheese nacho. Jalapenos and hot sauce optional!

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Nacho Wheat Quesadilla

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato, diced
1 jalapeno pepper
3/8 lb beef, browned
1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
1/4 small onion, diced
2 tbsp sour cream

Recipe Directions for Beef and Nacho Wheat Quesadilla

  1. Brown beef

  2. While beef is browning, chop tomato, jalapeno and onion.

  3. Sweat the onion in small pan seperately from beef or together (your choice). If you prefer onions sweeter, throw a pinch of sugar on them.

  4. Drain beef.

  5. Heat tortilla

  6. Add cheese, allow to melt for 10-15 seconds.

  7. Add beef, onions, tomatoes, peppers and season to taste with salt/pepper/hot sauce.

  8. Add sour cream or save for the side.
