Recipe Ingredients for Beef N Bean Stew

80 grams onion, chopped
6 grams garlic, minced
0.64 lbs Stew Beef, Chopped or Diced
16 grams cornstarch
200 grams Raw Celery, Chopped
135 grams Raw Carrots, Chopped
80 grams Canned Corn
125 grams Canned Kidney Beans
455 grams Great Northern Beans
390 grams Black Beans
4 cups water
40 grams Beef Stock cubes

Recipe Directions for Beef N Bean Stew

  1. Brown the beef in a large pot with some Pam, onions and garlic.

  2. At this point, you can toss in a tablespoon or two of cornstarch to sort of lock in the juices to the beef.

  3. Toss in the carrots and celery. Continue to cook.

  4. Toss in all other items, salt, pepper, beef bullion.
