Recipe Ingredients for Beef & Mushroom Stew (low cal)

12 oz raw Beef Stew Meat
24 oz Mushrooms
32 oz Carrots
5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 cup, chopped Cabbage
5 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
10 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf

Recipe Directions for Beef & Mushroom Stew (low cal)

Boil beef and spices for 1 hour. Ad all vegies except cabbage and simmer an additional hour. Ad cabbage and simmer for 10 mins. EAT
