Mushroom and Beef Soup served over brown rice

Recipe Ingredients for Beef and Mushroom Soup

3 stalks of celery
4 cups of mushrooms
1 yellow onion
2 lbs of beef
4 cups of water
2 cups of brown rice

Recipe Directions for Beef and Mushroom Soup

  1. Cook down mushrooms and onions in pot.

  2. While vegetables are cooking down, cut beef into strips and light brown. Then add to the pot.

  3. Continue to cook down, then add water and let simmer for up to 45 minutes on a medium heat.

  4. While soup is finishing, cook up 2 cups of brown and serve soup over rice.
