Beef & Mushroom Lasagna Recipe

Lasagna made with mushroom soup instead of ricotta cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef & Mushroom lasagna

8 oz lasagna noodles
2 cups tomato sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk
1 cup shredded cheese, mozarella

Recipe Directions for Beef & Mushroom lasagna

  1. Cook noodles, drain.

  2. Brown ground beef. Stir in tomato sauce.

  3. Mix soup and milk in bowl.

  4. In 7X11 dish, layer 1/2 beef mixture, 3 noodles, and 1 cup soup. Layer 3 more noodles and rest of beef mixture. Layer last of noodles. Pour remaining soup over top. Sprinkle with cheese and cover.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes. Remove and let stand for 5-10 minutes beofre cutting.
