Recipe Ingredients for Beef or Moose Hamburger Soup

1 carton (900 mL) Campbell's beef broth low sodium
1 1/2 piece, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat, boneless) Moose
1 large Onions, chopped
2 clove Garlic, minced
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1 cup Tomato Soup Condensed (10 oz can)
28 oz Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano
1/2 cup Barley, Pearled
4 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, chopped
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, chopped
1/2 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried

Recipe Directions for Beef or Moose Hamburger Soup

  1. Brown and drain beef or moose. Add onion and minced garlic. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 2-3 hours and keep soup covered.

  2. Freezes well in small/medium containers.

  3. Recipe can easily be doubled.
