Recipe Ingredients for Beef Mince

1000 grams Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
3 large Onions
600 grams Yam
5 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
1 Cube Stock Cubes
1 cup Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for Beef Mince

  1. saute onions in large pot with a pat of butter

  2. add mince and cook down

  3. let cool

  4. spoon fat off the top

  5. add vegetables and cook

  6. add stock cube for flavour

  7. add peas to cool down
