Beef Meat and Liver Stew that I made one night. Just veggies, meat, and water.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Meat and Liver Stew

2 pounds carrots
5 stalk,+large+11"-12"+long celery
2 onions
2 tomatoes
0.51 gallon water
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
5 cloves garlic
1/2 head red cabbage
1 cup parsley
1.58 pounds beef liver
2.51 pounds Beef, Round, Bottom Round
1/2 cup ginger root
20 spear,+medium+5-1/4"+to+7"+long asparagus
2 1/2 serving Beef Bone Marrow (minus the bone)
1 jalapeno pepper

Recipe Directions for Beef Meat and Liver Stew

  1. Boil animal in water for 4 hours

  2. Cool

  3. Scrape fat off top

  4. Boil in veggies

  5. Serve
