I usually only make half of recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Manicotti with Cheese

1 medium Onion
1 pound Ground beef
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 oz Manicotti
15 oz Ricotta cheese
3 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan
2 tablespoon Parsley
2 cloves Garlic minced
3 cup Marinara sauce
2 tablespoon Butter

Recipe Directions for Beef Manicotti with Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Brown and saute beef, onion and salt & pepper.

  3. Boil Manicotti 6 minutes. Drain, lay shells on sheet with 1 tablespoon of EVOO.

  4. Add all of the ricotti, half of the mozzerella and half of the parmesan to the meat and onions. Stuff mixture into cooked Manicotti.

  5. Put the rest of the EVOO on the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 dish.

  6. Spoon half of the marinara sauce on bottom.

  7. Lay stuffed manicotti across dish and spoon last half of sauce over manicotti.

  8. Sprinkle other half of mozzerella and parmesan cheese over sauce.

  9. Dot with butter.

  10. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
