Asian inspired beef with mandarin oranges

Recipe Ingredients for Beef with Mandarin Oranges

2 tbsp oil
1 lb Rib Eye Steak
1/2 small onion
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp ginger
1/2 green pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
8 oz mandarin oranges
1 cups beef broth
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup cabbage
1 medium carrot
2 cups broccoli

Recipe Directions for Beef with Mandarin Oranges

Cut beef into chunks. Brown in oil. Suate onion and pepper. Mix cornstarch and juice from mandarin oranges. Mix soy sauce, salt, ginger, and broth in with cornstarch mixture. Place everything in slow cooker on low for 8 hours and high for 4 to 5 hours. Stir in oranges at the end and serve over rice.
