Polish version of Salisbury Steak

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Kotlety

16 ounce hamburger, lean
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 egg
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
10 1/2 ounce condensed Cream Of Mushroom soup
6 1/2 ounce mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Beef Kotlety

  1. Combine ground beef, pepper, onion, egg, milk, bread crumbs, garlic, salt & pepper. Mix the meat mixture well.

  2. Form mixture into 6 equal patties. Each portion is about 4.5 ounces.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Brown the patties on both sides and transfer them to a baking dish.

  5. Cover the patties with the cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until heated through.
