Recipe Ingredients for Beef Kofka

16 oz extra lean ground beef
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, finely diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped finely
2 tbsp tomato paste, no salt
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Beef Kofka

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into 8 logs.

  2. Slide skewers through logs. (make sure skewers have been soaked if using wooden or bamboo skewers).

  3. Place on medium high heat over grill.

  4. Cook for 15 minutes, turning every few minutes so kabobs are cooked throughout evenly.
