Recipe Ingredients for Beef Hashe'

850 grams lean Beef
70 grams Butter
600 grams Potatoes
2 large Onion
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tsp corn flour

Recipe Directions for Beef Hashe'

  1. Brown the beef in the butter

  2. Add the chopped onions, vinegar & a bay leaf

  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours

  4. Adding water if neccesary

  5. After 1.5 hours add the potatoes cook until soft.

  6. Add water if neccesary and corn flour to thicken the gravy.

  7. Serve
