Yummy comfort food. But make sure you stick to the spice pretty closely; I accidentally made it WAY too spicy once.

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Hash with a Spicy Kick

1/6 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tbsp. adobo sauce
1/2 lb. sirloin
1/2 lb. potatoes
2/3 large onion, diced
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. chili powder
1 chipotle pepper
2 eggs, fried

Recipe Directions for Beef Hash with a Spicy Kick

  1. Marinate cubed sirloin in oj, lime juice and adobo for 30 minutes. While marinating, cube and boil potatoes just until done.

  2. Saute onion, garlic and chili powder on medium head for 5 minutes. Add meat and cook until browned. Stir in potatoes and chipotles. Cook 8 minutes, turning occasionally.

  3. Stir in cilantro (if desired) and top with a fried egg.
