Recipe Ingredients for beef, green beans and pinto beans

2 pounds ground beef
16 oz pinto beans
16 oz green beans
1/2 cup chick peas
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup kale
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for beef, green beans and pinto beans

  1. in big skillet brown ground beef, drain can of pinto beans and then at to pan, add 16 oz bag of frozen green beas.

  2. in blender add 1 cup salsa, 1/2 cup of chick peas, 1/2 cup kale and 1 tbsp exta virgin olive oil. blend until smooth then add to skillet

  3. Salt and pepper to taste
