Recipe Ingredients for Beef Gravy

3/4 cup beef broth
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup mushroom
1 cup onion
5 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1/3 cup red wine
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive oil
3 tbsp Fat, Beef Tallow
3 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Beef Gravy

  1. Sear a nice roast and bake with everything but water and flour

  2. Once beef is cooked, remove the roast, and put the roaster on the stove

  3. Skim the fat off the juices left in the pan.

  4. Mix flour and water together and stir into drippings. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly

  5. Adjust seasonings to taste.
