4 oz beef sirloin
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp paprika
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
3 oz can tomatoes
3 oz low sodium beef broth
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Beef Goulash

Place beef in slowcooker, Crush caraway seeds add paprika, salt and pepper. sprinkel on beef and mix well. Top beef with onions and pepper. Add remianing ingredients and slow cook for 7 hrs on low
