Beef Goulash with ground beef and macaroni noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Beef Goulash

16 ounces elbow macaroni
1 pound ground beef
32 ounces canned tomatoes (whole, regular packed)
28 ounces canned tomatoes (crushed)
2 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Beef Goulash

  1. Cook macaroni partially, you still want it to be firm, but no longer hard (about half as long as stated on package).

  2. While macaroni is cooking. Brown ground beef and saute onions until soft. Add garlic and saute. Add tomatoes and break up with spoon. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, parlsely, italian seasoning to taste.

  3. Add macaroni. Mix well. Allow to cook and flavors to blend until macaroni is done.

  4. Serve
