Recipe Ingredients for Beef with Ginger and Orange

267 g beef, rump
2 carrots, cut into strips
1 orange
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp ginger root, grated
125 g noodles
2 spring onions

Recipe Directions for Beef with Ginger and Orange

  1. marinade the beef in the rind and juice of one orange

  2. leave for at least half an hour

  3. mix together the soy sauce, cornflour and ginger. Add to the marinade

  4. Fry in a hot wok with the carrots untli sauce thickens

  5. add spring onions before serving over cooked noodles
